Public transport and parking
We’re conveniently located close to public transport, as well as paid parking. Parking is available under Lombard parking building (easy walking distance).

Upon arrival at the practice, you will be greeted by friendly staff who will request you fill out one of our New Patient forms. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill the New Patient Form in. To save time at your appointment, you can download our new patient form and email it back to us or bring it with you to your appointment.
