Online Booking Now Available: How to use online bookings on our website
At McKeefry Dental in Wellington we have listened to our patient feedback and have recently activated online bookings on our website.
As a part of staying up-to-date with technology in this busy online world we feel it is important for our patients to have the flexibility to book their appointments while they are on the go, at a place where it might not be appropriate to make a phone call or during hours that the practice isn’t open to take your call.
Having the ability to book online gives you the flexibility to see the times we have available that might suit your schedule and allows you the choice rather than us giving you one or two options over the phone.
If you are booking online, from your Computer, this will give you the flexibility to see the times we have available that might suit your schedule.
When you book an appointment online with us, you will need to select whether you are a new or existing patient, the reason for your appointment and the service you wish to book for. You will then be given a list of available appointment times from which you can select your preference.
After filling out your details you will be sent a code by text and email to verify your appointment before receiving a confirmation text that your appointment has been booked.

Even though you have booked your appointment online we will still be in contact to confirm this appointment with you, we may even ask you further questions to make sure the appointment you have booked is suitable for your needs.
If booking an appointment online isn’t for you then don’t worry! Our friendly reception staff will still be available to take your calls so please give them a call on 04 473 7802.
In addition, if you wish to book an appointment but you can’t find the service online then it would be best to give us a call as we may have some additional appointments available.
